II. Member Handicap Inquiry
This system aims to help members track their personal golf handicap index:
- System integration: The handicap inquiry feature will beHyperlink MethodLink to the club's designated external system.
- Calculation Method: The system will calculate based on your best performance differences. At least 3 scores are needed for calculation; if there are more than 20 scores, the lowest 8 differences' average will be used.
- Course Handicap Formula: Course Handicap = Handicap Index × (Slope Rating ÷ 113) + (Course Rating – Par).
- Professional Explanation: The Handicap Index represents golf ability; the lower the value, the better the skill. This calculation is for personal practice reference only; official scores must be submitted through an authorized club for official competitions.
3. Member Activity News
The club hosts major annual tournaments and exchange activities to foster camaraderie among members:

4. Member Team Information

5. Member Reservation

- Reservation rules:
1. Please observe golf etiquette and wear appropriate sports attire.
2. Check-in 30 minutes before tee-off, and arrive at the starting point 10 minutes early to prepare for departure.
3. Follow the principle of 'slow play, fast pace', avoid congestion when hitting, and complete 18 holes within 4 hours and 30 minutes.
4. Teams should submit the attendance list three days in advance, and provide the groupings and rooming list the day before tee-off.
5. When reservations are full on the day, walk-ins will not be allowed to play. Late arrivals will be scheduled for the next available slot at the teeing ground.
6. Additional groups on the day require confirmation based on reservations and current play conditions.
7. Players who do not complete 18 holes after teeing off must pay the full green fee and club rental fee. This does not apply to weekday 9-hole morning specials.
8. Weekend play requires at least three players. If fewer than three players wish to play, they must be grouped at the starting point before teeing off.
9. For discounts using coupons or credit card offers, please present them at check-in. Changes cannot be made after teeing off.
10. If using a caddie, please fax the caddie list to the course the day before. Same-day requests for caddies or changes will not be accepted.
11. Drone use is prohibited: Without the course’s permission, personnel (including players and caddies) are not allowed to use any drone equipment on the premises to ensure safety and privacy.
12. Photography requires permission: Influencers or content creators must obtain approval from the course before filming or producing related media on the premises.
13. Control volume when using sound equipment: Players bringing their own audio devices should monitor the volume to avoid disturbance and maintain the quality of play and the environment.
14. No pets allowed on the course: Players and accompanying persons are prohibited from bringing pets onto the course to prevent accidents and injuries.
