2. Reservation Policy
* All rooms are priced for double occupancy. An additional fee applies for a third person, according to on-site charges.
* For reservations by phone or on-site: a deposit of $1,000 per room is required to confirm the booking.
* Full refund of the deposit if canceled 14 days (inclusive) before check-in.
* 70% refund if canceled 7-13 days before check-in.
* 50% refund if canceled 2-6 days before check-in.
* 20% refund if canceled 1 day before check-in.
* No refund for cancellations or no-shows on the day of check-in.
* In case of natural disasters announced by the government (typhoons, earthquakes, transportation disruptions, etc.), assistance will be provided for postponement or cancellation according to regulations.
* Please proactively contact the reservation team after the announcement to confirm the procedures.
* A handling fee of $30 will be charged for all refunds.
3. Other Regulations:
* Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
* Please store valuables securely in the room safe. The hotel is not responsible for any loss.
* Please return the room key upon check-out. A fee of $200 per key will be charged for lost keys.
* Extra bed policy: The fee of $1,500 includes the extra bed and breakfast, so no additional charges are necessary.
